AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2019-2020 BIENNIAL
CAPITAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, staff has identified the need to make certain revisions to the 2019-2020
Capital budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
§1. That the capital projects hereby authorized as detailed. The following schedule
summarizes newly authorized projects as well as continuing projects and constitutes the Capital
Projects Budget.

§3. This ordinance shall take full force and effect five (5) days after approval, passage
and publication as required by law.
