Home My WebLink About4573 Resolution - Bid for Memorial Pool Bubble Cover New ConstructionResolution – Memorial Pool Bubble Cover Bid Award - 1 RESOLUTION NO. 4573 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, AWARDING BID NO. 23479 FOR MEMORIAL POOL BUBBLE COVER NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT TO ESF DEVELOPMENT, LLC (DBA ESF SOLUTIONS) WHEREAS, the City of Pasco (City) identified the Memorial Pool Bubble Cover New Construction Project in the approved Capital Improvement Plan; and WHEREAS, this Contract provides for the demolition of the existing pool deck, installation of new pool deck and footing and concrete pads for new pool bubble cover and mechanical equipment; and WHEREAS, the City solicited sealed public bids for this project, identified as Memorial Pool Bubble Cover New Construction Project; and WHEREAS, on February, 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., three (3) bids were received and opened by the City; and WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bidder was ESF Development, LLC (dba ESF Solutions) with a bid of $757,944.00 (including state sales tax), the Architect’s Estimate was $882,090.00 (including state sales tax); and WHEREAS, the bid documentation was reviewed, and the bidder was determined to be responsible and responsive. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON: That the City hereby awards the Memorial Pool Bubble Cover New Construction Project to ESF Development, LLC (dba ESF Solutions), in the amount of $757,944.00 (including state sales tax ); and further authorizes the Interim City Manager to execute the Contract documents. Be It Further Resolved, that this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by the City Council.
