An Ordinance of the City of Pasco, Washington relating to Jubilee Foundation
ROW Vacation (VAC 2022-009)
At the February 27, 2023 Special Meeting, Council approved a motion to continue
the request to vacate rights-of-way in Washington Addition to Pasco in the vicinity
of East A Street and East Helena Street to a date after approval of a preliminary plat
for the properties in question or until such time as adverse impacts to adjoining
properties can be mitigated.
