Description:Failure to obtain a final passing inspection on permit B20-1163 for replacement of the second floor
balcony railing prior to its expiration and B19-2285 to finish the basement into habitable space.IRC R109.1.6
Violation:
A passing final inspection has not been completed for this building project.
Corrective Action:
Stop all construction on this project until a City of Pasco building permit has been secured.Contact the building department at
(509)543-5726.
Per PMC 9.90.070 Every successive owner of property who neglects to abate a continuing nuisance upon or in the use of such
property caused by a former owner is liable therefor in the same manner as the owner who created it.
Description:Failure to obtain a City of Pasco building permit for replacement of the garage door and second floor
addition. Permit application B21-0084 expired due to failure to respond to the hold letter(enclosed).PMC 16.05.010
Violation:
Failure to secure a City of Pasco building permit where a permit is required(IBC 105.1 and IRC 105.1).
Corrective Action:
Discontinue all construction activities and submit an application for a building permit from the City of Pasco(call(509)
543-5721 for information on permit requirements). If no permit can be obtained,unpermitted construction must be removed.

The resolution shows all the Code Enforcement Board actions and cases
that the Board has ruled on at their monthly hearing.
(2) Status Report Code Enforcement Inspections
This report lists all inspections performed by individual staff for the
month. To be counted as an "inspection" a written "correction notice"
must have been issued as a result of the initial inspection.
