PWRF Land Treatment Expansion Study
Agreement No. 20-034
WHEREAS, the City and PACE Engineers, Inc. entered into a Professional Services
Agreement on August 18, 2020 to provide engineering services with respect to the PWRF Land
Treatment Expansion Study.
WHEREAS, the City and PACE Engineers, Inc. entered into the first Addendum to the
Professional Services Agreement No. 20-034 on 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, all parties to this agreement agree that this second addendum will not modify
or change any other terms of the professional services agreement (Agreement No. 20-034) not
covered by this Addendum.
NOW, THEREFORE, this agreement is amended to allow PACE Engineers, Inc.to
provide additional engineering services as described on Exhibit A.

1. Technical Memorandum #2 prepared by CES on 11/23/2020
2. Technical Memorandum #3 prepared by CES on 1/26/2021
3. Technical Memorandum #4 to be completed in February 2021
4. Includes one meeting with City to present findings
2. Fee.
The compensation for the work is based on a Time and Materials Basis not to exceed
the amount of $15.344.00 for a total authorization amount of $120,133.00. Refer to
Exhibit A for subconsultant change documentation. Please note that the additional
budget amount includes a 12% markup consistent with the original agreement dated
8/12/2020.
Time ofperformance:
No Change. The services shall be complete for the project on or before 12/31/2021.
