RESOLUTION NO.4093A
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHiNGTON,
ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED BY CULBERT CONSTRUCTION, INC.,
UNDER CONTRACT FOR PROJECT NO. 15009, WRIGLEY DRIVE
EXTENSION.
WHEREAS, the work performed by Culbert Construction, Inc., under contract for the
Wrigley Drive Extension project,has been examined by City of Pasco staff and has been found to
be in apparent compliance with the applicable project specifications and drawings; and
WHEREAS, it is the City Staffs recommendation that the City of Pasco formally accept
the contractor's work and the proj ect as complete.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PASCO,WASHINGTON:
That the City Council concurs with the Staffls recommendation and thereby accepts the
work performed by Culbert Construction, Inc., under contract for the Wrigley Drive Extension
project, as being completed in apparent compliance with the project specifications and drawings;
and
Be It Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Washington
State Department of Revenue of this acceptance; and
Be It Further Resolved, that the final payment of retainage being withheld pursuant to
applicable laws, regulations and administrative determination shall be released upon satisfaction
of same and verification thereof by the Public Works Director and Finance Director.
