WHEREAS, staff has prepared the Program Year 2022 Annual Work Plan for activities totaling $750,000.000 from estimated entitlement, program income and prior year reallocation funds. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON: Section 1. That the Pasco City Council hereby approves unfunded and partially funded projects above as contingencies in the annual action plan; and Section 3. If entitlement funds are less than estimated, program administration and public services will be reduced to not exceed limits; City projects may be voluntarily reduced; and all projects will be proportionately reduced; and Section 4. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to sign all agreements in accordance with the 5-Year Consolidated Plan and Annual action Plan Supplements previously approved by Council.
