REGARDING GENERAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF PASCO
AND
DKS ASSOCIATES, INC.
Project Description: TIA Review — ST Properties
Scope of Services: The Consultant will provide a review of the traffic impact analysis (TIA) prepared for
the ST Properties development at 1865 N Commercial Avenue in Pasco, WA. The review will cover
analysis methodology, assumptions, accuracy, and overall completeness.
As part of this Task, Consultant will prepare a written review of the TIA. Comments will be summarized in
a memo and submitted to the City via email. The purpose of this task is to provide one (1) review of a TIA.
If the TIA is updated, replaced, or changed, this may require additional fee to re -start the review process.
Assumptions: City will provide TIA document. City will also provide the relevant TIA standards. No site
visits will be conducted at this time. No meetings will be required for this effort.
Work Product: Memorandum summarizing comments on TIA. (Electronic only)
Time of Performance: Within twelve days from receiving notice to proceed, comments will be submitted
to the City for their use.
Fee for Services: Time and materials not to exceed $2,040.00.
