“Tri-Cities Cancer Center Day”
March 19, 2019
WHEREAS, the Tri-Cities Cancer Center is a partnership of Kadlec, Lourdes Health and Trios Health
and is a freestanding non-profit cancer treatment facility and community resource for cancer treatment,
support, education, and information.; and
WHEREAS, Tri-Cities Cancer Center is proud to celebrate 25 years of caring for our community by
providing world-class cancer treatment, survivorship, prevention and early detection programs delivered
with excellence here at home; and
WHEREAS, The Tri-Cities Cancer Center began as a dream for a place within our region not only to
treat cancer, but also to care for those impacted by it; and
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Matt Watkins, Mayor of the City of Pasco, Washington, do hereby proclaim
March 19, 2019 as
“Tri-Cities Cancer Center Day”
in Pasco, and I urge all citizens to celebrate Tri-Cities Cancer Center Day ~ to support their efforts to provide
the highest level of cancer care for our region, making our community a better place to live, work and play.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Official Seal of the City of
Pasco, State of Washington, to be affixed this 4th day of March 2019.
