MEETING MINUTES
Call to Order:
Pasco Public Facilities District (PPFD) Board President Morrissette called the meeting to order
at 4:04 PM remotely, via GoToMeeting.

Mr. Dietrich moved and Dr. Jilek seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the June 30, 2020,
meeting. The motion carried unanimously.
Claims Approval:
Mr. Dietrich moved and Ms. Bowdish seconded a motion to approve the Second (2"d) Quarter
2020 claims/expenditures in the amount of $105,069.83. The motion carried unanimously.
Financial Report:
Mr. Morrissette asked the PPFD Board members if they had any questions regarding the Second
(2" d) Quarter 2020 Financial Report. No responses were received.
Old Business:
Mr. Ratkai expressed appreciation to the PPFD Board members for meeting virtually to approve
required financial obligations and look forward to when this board can meet in-person to discuss

and plan next steps related to the proposed ballot measure.
Mr. Briggs announced, that based on the current OPMA restrictions by Governor Inslee's
proclamations Nos. 20-25 and 20-28, there has been little to no change within the Benton and
Franklin Counties and in-person meetings will continue to be prohibited until the Safe Start
Washington allows such meetings.
Other Business:
Mr. Morrissette was reappointed to the PPFD Board at the July 20, 2020 Council meeting.
Next PPFD Board meeting was scheduled for December 15, 2020.
Mr. Maloney announced that Pasco City Council recently approved their 2020 — 2021 Council
Goals and he read the goal related to the continued support of the PPFD Board's upcoming ballot
