WHEREAS, subsequent to due notice and public hearing thereon, the City Council for the City of Pasco has approved the following Capital Projects Budget for the 2021-2022 biennium NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: §l. That the capital projects are hereby authorized as detailed. The following schedule summarizes newly authorized projects, as well as continuing projects, and constitutes the Capital Projects Budget.
