Matt Watkins presented the August 21, 2018 minutes of the Lodging Tax Advisory

Angela Pashon reviewed the following: 2016-2019 lodging tax summary; 2014-2019
lodging tax reporting (JLARC); and 2020 tax allocation requests. It was noted bond
issuance for baseball stadium improvements will occur in late 2019 and fund balance

2020 requests slightly exceed estimated revenue. The committee discussed the need
to maintain consistency in allocations within expected revenue and anticipating larger
disparities in future years.
