I also acknowledge that insufficient right-of-way has been dedicated for West Court Street adjacent my front property line, and according to Resolution 1372, "City approval of sub -division plats, short plats, or building permit applications, will not be given until sufficient and appropriate rights-of-way consistent with current City standards, are dedicated for the required local access streets and the required essential arterial streets which are deemed necessary by the City for the proper circulation of traffic[...]" As such, I understand that I must sign a Dedication Deed to dedicate the necessary right-of-way for West Court Street as a condition of approval for my building permit. However, because the previously mentioned Dedication Deed has yet to become available, the City is granting me the approval of my building permit with the understanding that I will sign the Dedication Deed when it is made available to me. With the aforementioned acknowledged I, Rosalio Prieto, am requesting approval of the building permit to enable work on my swimming pool at 7814 West Court Street.
