Hearings Scheduled CEB2018-1056 312 S 26TH AVE-TERRY L JONES,owner Rosanna Johnson,Code Enforcement Officer Description.' RV is directly connected to the sewer system. PMC 13A.52.110 Violation: Uncovering,making connection with or opening into,using,altering,or disturbing public sewer or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a permit from the City of Pasco. Corrective Action: Discontinue all unpermitted work on your property and apply for proper permit(s)to continue work. If no permit(s)can be obtained,unpermitted work must be removed and the property must be re-inspected by the City of Pasco. Description: No City of Pasco building permit obtained to directly connect RV to city sewer, install deck in front of manufactured home PMC 16.04.010 Violation: Failure to secure a City of Pasco building permit where a permit is required(IBC 105.1 and IRC 105.1). Corrective Action: Discontinue all construction activities and submit an application for a building permit from the City of Pasco(call (509)543-5721 for information on permit requirements). If no permit can be obtained,unpermitted construction must be removed. Description: (-louse address number is not visible from the street. PMC 16.24.090 Violation: House/building number is not visible. Corrective Action: (louse/building address number must be placed in some conspicuous area on the front of the structure. Numbers must be at least four inches in height on businesses and not less than two and one-half inches in height on residences. Description: The front yard is not maintained with at least 50%live vegetation. PMC 25.75.050(4) Violation: At least fifty percent(50%)of the required front yard area has NOT been landscaped with live vegetation. Corrective Action: Install live ground cover,such as grass,on at least 50%of the front yard portion of your property. Board Member James Rawlinson seconded and the motion carried. HEARINGS A. Administration of Oaths B. Hearings Scheduled ➢ There were no objections to any Board Member hearing cases being presented. CEB2019-0876—3808 Adobe Ct-Timothy J Pace,owner NICMOLAS POTVIN, Code Enforcement Officer DescHodon: Retaining wall structure is compromised. IPMC 302.7 Violation: Accessory structures(shed,detached garage, fence,walls)are dilapidated. Corrective Action: Make repairs to structure(s) as necessary and maintain structurally sound and in good condition or demolish.Obtain required building permits to construction or demolition. Description: Retaining wall,excavation or other structures partially destroyed PMC9.90.040(11) Violation: Any unsightly building, billboard, fence, excavation, or other structure, or any abandoned or partially destroyed building, fence, excavation or structure, or any building, fence, excavation or structure commenced and left unfinished. Corrective Action: Make necessary repairs to building(s), fence(s), and/or other dilapidated structures, complete structure or excavation or demolish and lawfully remove structure(s) from the property. PMC 16.05.010 Violation: Failure to secure a City of Pasco building permit where a permit is required(IBC 105.1 and IRC 105.1) Corrective Action: Discontinue all construction activities and submit an application for a building permit from the City of Pasco (call (509)543-5721)for information on permit requirements).
