SPECIAL MEETING 4:00 P.M. December 3, 2019
I. 4:00—CALL TO ORDER:

III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. November 5, 2019 - Approved

V. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. None
VI. WORKSHOP:
A. City of Pasco Public Works representative Michael Uhlman (transportation
consultant) updated the Commission on the Lewis Street Overpass/
Underpass project.
a) City is responding to a State of WA 6 month funding deferral, preparing to
move ahead based on the assumption that funding will be sorted out.
b) Project cannot go to bid until 6 month funding deferral is over.
c) Overall Project Budget approximately $36m.
d) Project Timeline scheduled for 400 "working days" start to finish.
e) "Hold Point" placed in contract for barrier "harvesting" RE: Historic
Preservation.
