TerraGraphics is experienced in public and regulator comment disposition and will follow established practices of sorting comments into three categories for resolution (accepted, noted, and rejected). Along with each resolution there will be a description of the disposition (e.g. accepted-comment incorporated, noted-comment taken under advice but incorporation not necessary or applicable, and rejected-comment not applicable). Completion of this task is defined by the City's acceptance of the following document. 1) An approved review comment form. Comment form approval will be achieved following as assumed 1 round of review from the City of Pasco, ofTerraGraphics proposed resolution and disposition. ®TerraGraphics 1 Exhibit A -City of Pasco Broadmoor Draft and Final EIS 2.3 Final EIS Documentation and Technical Support Following completion of task 2, TerraGraphics will update the draft EIS by applying the approved dispositions of comments.
