Link additional permits to the New Service (NS) permit. Building (B) Permit Right of Way (ROW) Permit Latecomer (LC) Permit Parcel in LandTrak are flagged with a Restriction as well as containing a link to any Latecomer (LC) permit. Engineering provides a printed invoice of the NS permit to the customer. Customer takes invoice to customer service center. Customer Service staff processes the New Service (NS) permit. Customer Service staff collects other Permit fees if they exist Building (B) Permit Right of Way (ROW) Permit Latecomer (LC) Permit Customer Service collects fees associated with New Service permit. Customer Service staff changes the New Service permit type to Residential Customer Service creates a Chronology Action of CHECK WATER PERMITS, which assigns the action to the Public Works Administrator. Public Works performs new Water/Sewer service work. Public Works Administrator prints Application for Water/Sewer Services to perform work. Work order or Task is created in Cartegraph? Work is performed and logged in Cartegraph? Public Works Administrator receives completed Application for Water/Sewer Services and uploads the document to the New Service permit record in TRAKIT. Public Works Administrator creates a Chronology Action of CHECK WATER PERMITS, which assigned to Customer Service. Customer Service adds information to DataNow Utility Billing.
