Public Works Administrator receives the application from Engineering and processes it with Customer.
Public Works Admin creates new Latecomer (LC) permit in TrakIt.
Add Restriction to Parcel.
Create a LATECOMER PERMIT (LC-XXXXXX).
Fill in the address fields.
Fill in the information in the default fee.
Set Status if necessary (The default is Preliminary).
When a new Service permit is processed, the customer will pay the fee associated with the Latecomer permit and customer service will change the status to Finaled.
