Devi Tate: Guests: Tanya Bowers, Shelby Bergstrom.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

V. PUBLIC HEARINGS:

VI. WORKSHOP:
A. Tanya Bowers reviewed the proposal to recognize and preserve the historical
significance of the Lewis Street Underpass; Proposal pending JUB Engineering
(Paul Fusil).
B. Staff provided a brief update on the NPS Grant for East Pasco sites of African
American Cultural Significance.
C. Staff briefly reviwed the DAHP Historic Inventory and Register WISSARD tool
for Local Register data entry.

A. Next Meeting: 3 December 2019
B. Commission Chair Stafford presented the Tri-Cities Aviation Museum an
historic Christmas dinner menu (of 1942 or `43) from the NAS Pasco Base.
