Register data entry.

I. 4:00—CALL TO ORDER:
II. 4:05—ROLL CALL: Present: Dan Stafford, Marilynn Baker; Malin Bergstrom;
Absent: Devi Tate (Excused).
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. September 3, 2019 - Approved

V. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. None
VI. WORKSHOP:
A. The Commissioners revisited Tanya Bowers' contract proposal to recognize
and preserve the historical significance of the Lewis Street/BNSF Underpass,
making the following suggestions:
a) Save a part of the underpass, preferably a completion date block and some
arches from the railing assembly;
b) Commission a plaque (through the Walla Walla prison?) with
(1) a photo of the underpass and
(2) a brief narrative of the significance of the underpass, to be placed on or
near the proosed overpass.
B. Staff provided an update on the wrap-up public meeting for the CLG, Grant
for East Pasco sites of African American Cultural Significance.
