2016-2019 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Addendum
March 25, 2019
The parties have agreed to amend the signed CBA dated January 1, 2018 — December 31,
2019, between the IUOE employees and the City of Pasco. It will be in effect upon ratification
through December 31, 2021. Current contract language will continue to be in effect, with the
exception of the items listed and agreed upon below or changes agreed to in a Memo of
Understanding (MOU):

This addendum applies to current employees only, at the time of ratification, in positions that are
within classifications covered by the IUOE.
• 2019 —15t full pay period May 2019
o Convert current ICMA 3% Match to a 3% City paid contribution (no match
required). The 3% ICMA contribution is a supplemental retirement savings
program. This is a continuing contribution by the City of Pasco every year to all
IUOE member;. Unless bargained otherwise
o .12% wage increase
a 1 % wage increase effective I full pay period of July
2020 — 90% of CPI—U (West Coast B/C) June to June —1.5% minimum — 3.5%
maximum
0 1% wage increase 1st full paid period in July
o Continuation of 3% City paid contribution (no match). Unless bargained otherwise.
• 2021 — 3% wage increase 16t full pay period of January
o Continuation of 3% City paid contribution (no match) Unless bargained otherwise.
Article 3 — Union Membership, 3.3 Dues — will be in compliance with the June 27, 2018,
JANUS vs. STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, U.S. Supreme Court decision.
Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave — Effective 18t full pay period of May 2019,
employer and employee premiums will be in accordance with Title 50A RCW.
