ACCESS EASEMENT FOR SEWER LIFT STATION
PORT OF PASCO, a Washington municipal corporation, ("Grantor"), in
consideration of the establishment and maintenance of utilities for the benefit of
Grantor's adjacent lands hereby grants to the CITY OF PASCO ("Grantee") a
revocable nonexclusive right of way easement described below ("Easement").
EASEMENT DESCRIPTION: \ \ 1 ~l \ ()\\_o
The Northwesterly 30.00 feet of Lot 13, Block 23 , Riverside Addition to
Pasco, according to the official plat thereof recorded in Volume B of Plats, Page
44, records of Franklin County, Washington , as measured perpendicular to the
Northwesterly line thereof.
all situated in the County of Franklin , State of Washington (the "Easement Area ").
TERMS OF THE EASEMENT:
This Easement grants to Grantee the right, privilege and authority to enter
upon, over and across the Easement Area in order to access the City's sewer lift
station.

Grantor reserves the right to occupy and use the Easement Area for all
purposes not inconsistent with the rights herein granted, and reserves the right to
revoke and terminate the Easement after giving the Grantee 90 days prior written
notice.
This Easement is granted solely for the purpose of providing access to the
sewer lift station and all associated equipment.
Grantor covenants to have the right and power to convey this Easement.
Grantor is lawfully seized and possessed of land, free of encumbrances , and will
forever warrant and defend title. This Easement runs with the land and is binding
upon Grantor, its successors and assigns.
