Change Orders for 20th Avenue Overlay
Public Works Department
Engineering Division
The change order is necessary to remove a driveway at 20th Avenue and Ruby St. The
driveway was in the same area that the Franklin PUD had to relocate a pole and large
vault (noted to be relocated on the plans) in order to properly install the ADA handicap
ramp.
