VI. WORKSHOP:
A. Tanya Bowers contract proposal;
a) Recognize and preserve the historical significance of the Lewis Street
Underpass;
b) Develop a plan for designing and placing panels/markers/ plaques for
sites of historical significance;
c) Whittier School recognition;
B. Staff Update on CLG, NPS Grants for East Pasco sites of African American
Cultural Significance.

A. Discuss meeting time/date/frequency options:
a) Time: 5:15 pm or during the day.
b) Day: Second Wednesday or another day (NOTE: Mon.=City Council; 2nd
Wed.=Hearing Examiner; 1St Thurs.=Code Board; 3rd Thurs.=PC).
c) Frequency: Every other month or Quarterly.
