REGULAR MEETING 5:15 P.M. August 8, 2018
I. 5:15—CALL TO ORDER:
II. 5:15—ROLL CALL: Present: Marilynn Baker, Malin Bergstrom, Tom Brandon;
Absent: Dan Stafford. Devi Tate (Excused).
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. July 11, 2018 - Approved
IV. 5:20—OLD BUSINESS:
A. None
V. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. None
VI. WORKSHOP:
A. Commissioner Baker highlighted books recently purchased on sale from the
Franklin County Historical Society Museum; Commissioner Bergstrom shared
four railroad history books recently acquired for donation to the Washington
State Railroads Historical Society.
B. Staff reported on the progress of interviews being conducted by volunteer
WSU Tri-Cities IT and audio visual student.
C. Commissioners were instructed on how to fill out the Request for Proposals
(RFP) submittals evaluation and decision matrix, and assigned to complete
and return their matrices before 5:00 pm Friday August 10, 2018
D. Commissioner Bergstrom reported briefly on her Altha (Skogley) Simmelink-
Perry (NAS Pasco) interview, and suggested a follow-up interview, based on
questions arising from the first interview.
