Hearings Scheduled CEB2018-0683 6708 W ARGENT RD - D & D ENTERPRISES LLC, owner NICHOLAS POTVIN, Code Enforcement Officer Description: Vegetation is obstructing the vision of traffic, as a result, it is a menace to public health, safety, and welfare. (REPEAT) PMC 12.12.080 (b) Violation: Allowing weeds, brush or uncultivated vegetation to grow, or all such vegetation which has grown to a height of twelve inches (12") or more above the ground, or all such vegetation which has grown to such an extent that it is a menace to public health, safety, welfare or order. It is the duty of the owner, occupant or person having control of this property to abate any such nuisances. Corrective Action: Cut weeds, brush or uncultivated vegetation as close to the ground as practicable. Remove and lawfully dispose of all cut vegetation. Description: Vegetation exceeds three feet obstructing the view of traffic when turning right on to Road 68 from W Argent. (REPEAT) PMC 25.75.050 (1) (K) (1) Violation: Fence/wall/hedge/other non-transparent landscape material higher than three feet (3') above curb grade which is located or planted within the clear vision area (see enclosed diagram). (2) Corrective Action: Remove all unpermited fences/walls/hedges/etc. that exceed three feet in heig ht. Hedges or other landscaping elements that can be trimmed down in height to meet the requirement are acceptable. Due to the orientation of intersections, modifications of required height may be made. Description: Unpermitted signs erected in the public right-of-way. PMC 9.60.020 (3) Violation: Unlawfully interfering with, obstructing or tending to obstruct or render dangerous for passage any public right -of-way (i.e. stream, public park, parkway, square, street, highway or sidewalk) in the city. Corrective Action: Remove all items/objects/vehicles/etc. which may be obstructing any public right -of-way. CEB2018-0863 1131 E SPOKANE ST - SPRITZ INC, owner Martin Barajas, Code Enforcement Officer Description: Building permit B14-0080 expired without passing a final inspection. IRC R109.1.6 CEB Agenda Page 1 of 2 Violation: A passing final inspection has not been completed for this building project. Corrective Action: Discontinue all use of the building on this property until a City of Pasco buil ding permit has been secured AND final inspection is completed and passes. Contact the building department at (509) 543 -5726. Description: No certificate of occupancy on file for the building on this property. IRC R110.1 Violation: Occupying a structure without a Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Pasco Building Department. Corrective Action: Schedule a final inspection of the property with all applicable City departments (i.e. Building 543 -5726, Planning 545-3441, Engineering 545-3444, etc.) and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. If your building permit is expired, the permit must be renewed before final inspections can be scheduled. Description: Unlicensed business activites on this property. PMC 5.04.020 Violation: Engaging in business within the City of Pasco without a required City of Pasco business license. Corrective Action: Apply for a City of Pasco business license for each business and each individual business location. Discontinue ALL business activities until such time as a business license can be obtained.
