A utilities easement, located in a portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25,
Township 9 North, Range 29 East, Willamette Meridian, Franklin County, Washington
also located in the City of Pasco and in Parcels A and B as shown on Record of Survey
recorded under Volume 3 of Surveys at Page 730 records of Franklin County,
Washington. Said easement is of varying widths and described as follows;
