City Project Code: REGARDING GENERAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF PASCO AND GEOENGINEERS, INC. Proiect Description (PROJECT): 15002 Pearl Street Lift Station Replacement Project (PROJECT). Scope of Services: CONSULTANT will work with City staff to provide acquisition support and/or easements for the PROJECT. CONSULTANT services shall include: • Provide outreach services to the property owner at 1744 N. 140 Avenue • Supply appraisal services • Draft a written offer for a City staff signature and make offer to the owner • Provide all written documents necessary for closing at a title company of the City's choice Time of Performance: Present to July 15, 2018 for acceptance of City offer. Present to August 31, 2018 for final closing at title company. Fee for Services: All work shall be performed on a time -spent basis at the normal hourly billing rate included in the general agreement with a maximum amount of $5,000. This maximum amount may be revised only by written agreement of both parties. A work hour breakdown shall be provided for each invoice submitted for payment. Proposed: GeoEngineers, c.
