REGARDING GENERAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF PASCO
AND
INTERMOUNTAIN MATERIALS TESTING & GEOTECHNICAL
Project Description:
The Columbia Raw Water Intake project is a new river water intake facility and pump station for the west Pasco
Water Treatment Plant. The project includes building a new raw water intake with a 30 -inch pipeline and
adding an electrical duct bank between the intake and the treatment plant.
The project will allow the City to continue to provide a reliable source of water and build capacity. Without the
new intake structure, the City simply will not be able to produce sufficient potable water to meet current and
project demands. The project includes two 250 -horsepower pumps, each with a capacity of 6 million gallons a
day.
Scope of Services:
Due to the nature of this project, the City may request any services set forth in the On -Call Agreement.
Time of Performance:
All work for this task shall be completed by December 31, 2018.
Fee for Services:
All work shall be performed on a time -spent basis at the normal hourly billing rate included in the general
agreement with a maximum amount of $4,000. This maximum amount may be revised only by written
agreement of both parties. A work hpur breakdown shall be provided for each invoice submitted for payment.
