HomeMy WebLinkAboutIntermountain Materials - Task Order No 2018-2 - 12002 Oregon Avenue (SR 395) Ph 1 - CP5-ST-3A-12-57TASK ORDER NO. 2018-2 Reviewed By: _V62 City Project Code: CP5-ST-3A-12-57 REGARDING GENERAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF PASCO AND INTERMOUNTAIN MATERIALS TESTING & GEOTECHNICAL Proiect Description: OREGON AVENUE (SR 397) CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS — PHASE 1 This project involves roadway widening, addition of a new traffic signal, updates to existing traffic signals, addition of sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveways and ADA curb ramps, installation of access management median curbing, illumination, installation of stormwater facilities, and other work. Scope of Services: Sampling, lab and field/compaction testing for the following: • Crushed Surfacing Base Course and Top Course • Hot mix asphalt Concrete sampling, lab, and field testing for the following: • Curb and gutter, Driveways, Sidewalk, Signal Foundations and other related work. Time of Performance: All work for this task shall be during construction phase of the project. Anticipated completion date of December 31, 2019. Fee for Services: All work shall be performed on a time -spent basis at the normal hourly billing rate included in the general agreement with a maximum amount of $10,000. This maximum amount may be revised only by written agreement of both patties.
