THIS AGREEMENT, made on this, the day of ZrL, _ 2018 by and between
the City of Pasco (hereinafter the "City"), and Steven & Kristin Anderson, (hereinafter the "Owner"); and
WHEREAS, the Owner represents and warrants that they are the owners of the certain parcel of land described as
follows, or address:
Parcel of land located at address: 11111 West Court Street Pasco, WA Tax Parcel Number: 118180059
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary for the City, its employees, agents, consultants, or contractors to enter the
Owner's property for the purpose of
• Performing topographic survey and inspection of existing terrain, surface features, and property lines to
facilitate design of sanitary sewer improvements, and
• Performing geotechnical exploration, potentially including drilling and excavation of test pits, to facilitate
design of sanitary sewer improvements, and
• Performing cultural resource survey and field observations in accordance with the Washington State
Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation guidelines to facilitate permitting of sanitary sewer
improvements, and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and covenants contained herein, the owner hereby conveys
to the City, its employees, agents, consultants, and contractors access to lands described herein for the purpose described
herein.
This right of entry is subject to the following conditions:
1. The City, its employees, agents, consultants, and contractors shall endeavor to contact the residents of
said property before access when practicable.
2. Areas damaged as a result of the purposes for entry shall be returned to their existing condition prior to
access by the City, its employees, agents and consultants. However, native brush and weeds
remove o provide for access is exempt from this condition.
