WSU Tri-Cities IT and audio visual student Lori Larson to speak to the Commisison. D. Staff Report on CLG Grant for East Pasco sites of African American Cultural Significance: a) Use of City of Pasco Communications staff efforts with Historic Pasco video clips production for CLG "Soft" match E. Report on proposed Altha (Skogley) Simmelink-Perry (NAS Pasco) interview. F. Follow-Up discussion regarding RR museum property; Real estate contacts G. January 10, 2018 - Approved IV. 5:40—OLD BUSINESS: A. None V. PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. None VI. WORKSHOP: A. Commisisoner Bergstrom reported on a $300,000 Washington State Capitol Budget Historic Preservation (construction) Grant received in behalf of the NAS Pasco "Save the Old Tower" foundation. B. Staff Reported on both the CLG Grant for East Pasco sites of African American Cultural Significance and on the NPS Grant for same; reported on efforts to use City of Pasco Communications staff for Historic Pasco video clips production to meet CLG "Soft" match requirements. C. Commissioner Bergstrom reported on efforts to recruit CBC, WSU communications students as a possible "Plan B" for video segment production (Referred to City of Ellensberg website for examples). D. Commissioner Baker initiated a discussion regarding RR museum property and Real estate contacts. II. 6:15—OTHER BUSINESS: A. Commission agreed to invite Franklin County historical Society Museum Director Shelly Batman and Archivist Richard Scheuerman to speak to the Commisison at the next (May 9, 2018) HPC meeting. Commissioner Baker was tasked to make contact and extend the invitation. B. Next Meeting May 9, 2018 III. 6:30—ADJOURNMENT
