Violation:
Extension cords and/or n exiblc cords as permanent wi r ing which arc used to s upply more than one temporary portable
appli ance and/o r are affixed to any structure. extended through wal ls, ceilings or noors or under doors or noor
coverings, or are subject to environmental d amage or physical impact.
Corrective Action:
Discontinue use of extension cords and/or nexible cords as permanent wiring or in an improper manner.
Descriplion.· Motor home in alley being occupied on a nightly basis. (Repeat) PMC 25. 69. 040 (/)
(I ) Vio la tion:
Occupying recreational ve hicle(s) overnight while not in a recreat ional vehicle park.
(2) Corrective Action:
Discontinue occupancy of al I recreationa l vehi cles on the property.
Description : Accumulation of miscellaneous materials in the a/fey near the fence . (Repeat) PMC 9.60. 030 (I 0)
(I) Violation:
Trash, litter, rags, accumulations of empty barrels, boxes, crates, pack ing cases, mattresses, bedding, excelsior, packing
hay, straw. or other packing material : lumber or scrap metal not neatly p iled or anything which may be a fire danger.
(2) Correct ive Action:
Remove and lawful ly dispose of all trash. litter. and other debris which is not ne at ly piled and/o r wh ich is a fire danger.
Description: S tore appliances and other itmes that have served their intended original purpose kept outside.

bodies and/or parts, and all such trash or abandoned material that are not kept in approved containers.

RESOLUTION NO. 2018 -2
A RESOLUTION find ing that code violations have been corrected and may be dismissed without penalty, deferring action on certain cases pending proper notificat ion, accepting voluntary correction agreements, and assessing penaltie~
on certain cases.
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco has found that there exist conditions on certain properties that constitute violations of the Pasco Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS , the Code Enforcement Board h as the authority to affirm , di smiss , or modify notices of civi l violations issued by the City:
