(Repeat) PMC 9.60. 030 (I 0) (I) Violation: Trash, litter, rags, accumulations of empty barrels, boxes, crates, pack ing cases, mattresses, bedding, excelsior, packing hay, straw. or other packing material : lumber or scrap metal not neatly p iled or anything which may be a fire danger. (2) Correct ive Action: Remove and lawful ly dispose of all trash. litter. and other debris which is not ne at ly piled and/o r wh ich is a fire danger. Description: S tore appliances and other itmes that have served their intended original purpose kept outside. PMC 9.60.030 (9) CEB Agenda (I) Violation: Scrap metal, ashes, bric-a-brac, broken stone or cement, broken crockery, broken glass. broken p lasier, automobile bodies and/or parts, and all such trash or abandoned material that are not kept in approved containers.
