RESOLUTION NO. 2018 -I
A RESOLUT ION finding that code violations have been corrected and may be dismi ssed without penalty, deferring act ion on certain cases pending proper notification, accept ing vo luntary correction agreements, and as sessing penaltie!
on certain cases.
WHEREAS, th e City of Pasco has found that there exist conditions on certain properties that constitute violations of the Pasco Municipa l Code; and
WHEREAS, the Code Enforcement Board has the authority to affirm, dismiss, or modify notices of civil violations issued by the City:
NOW BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF PASCO;
