City of Pasco Communications Director Jon Funfar discussion on the following: a) Historic Pasco video clips production timelines; b) City of Pasco capacity (8v willingness) to help with the Historic Pasco video clips project; c) To assess whether a Jan 2019 Historic Pasco video clips completion goal/deadline might be feasible. B. Commissioner Bergstrom report on a possible "Plan B" via CBC communications students C. December 13, 2017 I. 5:15—CALL TO ORDER: II. 5:15—ROLL CALL: Present: Marilynn Baker, Malin Bergstrom, Tom Brandon, Devi Tate; Absent: Dan Stafford (Excused) III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: A. November 8, 2017 - Approved IV. 5:20—OLD BUSINESS: A. None V. PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. None VI. WORKSHOP: A. Vice Chair Baker opened the meeting with a discussion on the railroad houses demolition which occurred within a few days of the last HPC meeting, and floated th idea of obtaining permission to move one of the intact houses to Volunteer Park if the opportunity arose, for use by the Railroad Museum. B. Staff Reported that the Request for Proposals (RFP) went out and the City of Pasco received two proposals for consulting work to study East Pasco sites of African American Cultural Significance, namely Harris Environmental Group, Inc. and Tanya Bowers Consulting. The City chose Tanya Bowers Consulting as the low bid, but the proposals have been forwarded to DAHP for review before awarding the contract. C. Commissioners requested that City of Pasco Communications Director Jon Funfar be invited to join with the HPC at the next meeting to discuss the following: a) Historic Pasco video clips production timelines; b) City of Pasco capacity (8v willingness) to help with the Historic Pasco video clips project; c) To assess whether a Jan 2019 Historic Pasco video clips completion goal/deadline might be feasible. d) A "Plan B" via CBC communications students; Commissioner Bergstrom was recruited to ttake the lead on asking Robert Bauman about this possibility. D. Commissioner Bergstrom reported on missing Altha (Skogley) Simmelink- Perry (NAS Pasco) interview footage. Commisisonars proposed new interview. II. 6:30—OTHER BUSINESS: A.
