REGULAR MEETING 5:15 P.M. November 8, 2017
I. 5:15—CALL TO ORDER:
II. 5:15—ROLL CALL: Present: Dan Stafford, Marilynn Baker, Malin Bergstrom,
Tom Brandon, Devi Tate.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. October 11, 2017 - Approved

V. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. None
VI. WORKSHOP:
A. Staff reported that the State-approved CLG Grant for East Pasco sites of
African American Cultural Significance had gone before City Council for
Manager signature approval: next step will be to send out an RFP, collect bids
and evaluate based on a decision matrix.
B. Commissioners discussed lease/remodel option strategy for suggested priority
one RR museum property. Commissioner Baker proposed a video walk-
through of#28 West "A" Street prior to its demolition. Commissioners
discussed possibility of purchase & relocation of"A" Street Railroad houses
slated for demolition to proposed Railroad Museum property on W "A" Street.
C. Commissionar Brandon reported the completion of the John Morgan interview
for the schools segment.
II. 6:45—OTHER BUSINESS:
A. Commissioner Stafford shared historic photos depicting the Marine Terminal
area, and the northwest corner of Sylvester 8s 10th Avenue.
