PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Land Surveying Services for Peanut Park The City of Pasco (CITY) requests HLA to perform a topographic survey of two City blocks lying between W. Columbia Street and W. Clark Street, and N. 41h Avenue and N. 3rd Avenue, as shown on the attached map. The survey includes the adjacent road right-of-ways and utilities. 1. HLA will field survey the above referenced area. The field survey will include locating utilities, topography, elevations, break lines, buildings, and adjacent roadways. 2. HLA will locate utilities on site and adjacent to the property. Underground utility locations will be shown based on tone marks provided by the local Call Before You Dig locating service and record drawings. No excavation work is planned as part of our services to locate utilities. 3. HLA will prepare a boundary and topographic survey map of the area. The survey map will include contours and spot elevations, site improvements, and utilities. 4. HLA will provide four(4) paper copies and one(1)AutoCAD file of the survey. 5. This scope of work does not include setting property corners. TIME OF PERFORMANCE: Following authorization to proceed, HLA will complete all necessary survey work and provide project deliverables within three weeks following notice to proceed. FEE FOR SERVICES: All work shall be performed on a time-spent basis at the normal hourly billing rates included in the General Agreement for an estimated amount of$18,500.00.
