BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE THOWN OF PASCO; That
all r.ig.,hi s, authority, and prig*ileges _mranted to ' rharles A. P�ew-
ton imder and by virtue of Ordinan^.e No. 57, entitled" An Ordi-
nance grantincr to Charles A. Newton, his successors and assigns, the
ri.crht ajtthori.ty and franchise to erect Poles and cross -arms and
stretch wires thereon, in over and aleng 'Ton the streets alleys
and public places of the torn of Pasco, Franklin County Washing-
ton for the plumose , and to construct maintain and operate use
and extend a telephone and telegraph systen for sa:ia,lrroses
in the town of Pasco" and all the rights granted to his slaccessors
in interest under and by sirtt�F of ssid ordinance be and the same
are hereby declared to be forfeited and of no effect for the
reason that said Charles A. Ne,,aton and his s?xcc?ssors have failed
and refused to comply with the terms and provisions of -said ordi-
nance requiring the grantee thereunder to have a telephone and
telegraph systen in onerntion in said town under said ordinance
