Hanford Area Economic Investment Fund (HAEIF) Public Infrastructure Loan
A RESOLUTION of the City of Pasco approving the acceptance of the
Hanford Area Economic Investment Fund Public Infrastructure Loan awarded by
the Hanford Area Economic Investment Fund (HAEIF).
WHEREAS, it is a 2016-2017 City Council goal to the community as a desirable place for
commercial and industrial development while strengthening existing partnerships and
coordinating efforts; and
WHEREAS, the City's Process Water Reuse Facility (PWRF) facility are nearing or have
exceeded their original design capacity and there is significant demand from current users for
expansion, as well as strong interests from others to access the facility for expansion purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager or his designee is
hereby authorized to execute the Loan Agreement.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 18' day of September, 2017.
