interchange for Connell using the reason that future interchanges will
have to meet the standards of an 1-5 interchange costing $5-6 million

Resolution No. 2007
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
COMMITTEE FOR THE PURPOSES AND APPROVALS
DESCRIBED IN SECTION F OF THE DECLARATION OF
PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FOR THE VILLAGE AT SUN
WILLOWS; AND APPOINTING THE INITIAL COMMITTEE
MEMBERS
Mr. Crutchfield addressed Council and explained that when the City
terminated it's agreement with the MSL Group it was determined that
the City would need to move away from a single housing-type of
marketing plan To accomplish this end it was determined that the
City would need to establish some form of review of individual house
plans as they were proposed for development in Phase 1 This is to
assure quality m development for that development, but to also protect
the investments that are already there in the form of the first 6
homeowners that have purchased and built homes there.
The conclusion was that the City should create an architectural review
committee, which would have the responsibility of reviewing plans and
construction for compliance with the covenants as established when
the subdivision was created, but also to review the materials and
exterior design of each unit as it's proposed and pass judgement on
whether it will be permitted in the subdivision
Mr Leland Smith, of Sunnver, Oregon, informed Council that 7 new
escrows have been opened. These escrows are dependent on the
plans of the builders being approved by the Architectural Review
Committee
