RESOLUTION NO. 3 7
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and date for a public hearing to
consider the vacation of "D" Street a portion of 4th
Avenue and portions of the alleys in Block 9 and 16,
Gantenbien's Addition
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City
Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain street rights-
of-way within the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases
where it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may
vacate rights-of-way, and
WHEREAS, R C W 35 79 requires public hearings on vacations to
be fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of "D" Street
between the east right-of-way line of South 5th Avenue and the
west right-of-way line of South 4th Avenue, that portion of 4th
Avenue right-of-way lying east of Lot 7, Block 9, Gantenbien's and
5 feet northwest of the curb line on South 4th Avenue and the
north/south alley in Block 16, Gantenbien's Addition and that
portion of the north/south alley in Block 9, Gantenbien's Addition
abutting Lots 5 through 12, will be held before the City Council of
the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525
North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7 00 p m, on
the 1st day of June, 1998 That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco
give notice of said public hearing as required by law
