A RESOLUTION amending the City of Pasco's Comprehensive Street,
Storm Drain and Bridge Programs for the years 1997 through 2002
WHEREAS, RCW 35 77 010 provides for annual revision and extension
of the Comprehensive Street Program of each city and town, after holding
public hearings thereon, and
WHEREAS, it is occasionally necessary to modify the existing program
to add additional projects and/or to revise project funding, and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
That the City Council of the City of Pasco hereby amends the
Comprehensive Street, Storm Drain and Bridge Programs for the calendar
years 1997 through 2002 as follows,
1) That the Road 68 at Burden Road Traffic Signal be added as a new
project for 1997 utilizing $100,000 of STP(U)(ISTEA) funds and $16,000 of
local funds for construction,
2) That the Oregon Lewis Traffic Signal project be shown in the
program and be amended to use $9,000 of STP(ISTEA) funds and $2,000 of
local funds,
3) That the Multi-Modal project be amended by the addition of
$975,000 of STP(C)(ISTEA) funds,
4) That the 20th Avenue at Pearl Street Traffic Signal be added as a
new project scheduled for 1998 using $110,000 of local funds,
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 7th Day
of April, 1997
