Dear Gary
As you are aware Ben Franklin Transit offers surplus items to its
member jurisdictions at ten percent of the appraised value
At the most recent Board meeting of the transit system this issue was
discussed It was decided that it would be appropriate to request the
same consideration from the member jurisdictions
Consequently, please consider this letter as a request for your
consideration to offer surplus items to Ben Franklin Transit on a first
preference basis with the provision that any items so offered would be
at ten percent of surplus value
Thank you for your consideration Please call if you have any
questions With best personal regards.
Sincerely,
Serving West Richland, Richland, Kenewick and Pasco
