RESOLUTION NO. asa.5-
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and date for a public heanng to consider vacation of
Rd 84, Rd 89 and Rd 92 all lying south of Sandifur Parkway and
north of Interstate-182 and a portion of Sandifur Parkway between
Rd 84 and Rd 92
- WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain alley and street rights-of-way within the City of
Pasco, and
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where it serves
the general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of-way, and
WHEREAS, R C W 35 79 requires public hearings on said petition to be
fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation the west 30 feet of Rd 84 abutting
Lot 1, Block 4, Broadmoor Park #1, the east 30 of Rd 92 abutting Lot 4, Block 2,
Broadmoor Park #1, Rd 89 lying south of Sandifur Parkway abutting Lot 1, Block 3 and
Lot 6, Block 4 Broadmoor Park #1, and the south 29 feet of Sandifur Parkway lying
between the centerline of Rd 92 and the centerline of Rd 84 will be held before the City
Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd
Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7 30 p m, on the 15th day of July, 1996
That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by
law
