RESOLUTION NO.2 2
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider vacation of
an east/west alley east of 6th Avenue and north of "A" Street
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain alley and street rights-of-way within the City of
Pasco, and
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where it serves
the general interest of the city, the City Council may vacate nghts-of-way, and
WHEREAS, R C W 35 79 requires public hearings on said petition to be
fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the east/west alley north of Lots 1
and 2, Block 4, Fann's Addition, will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at
the hour of 7 30 p m, on the 15th day of April, 1996 That the City Clerk of the City of
Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by law
