HomeMy WebLinkAbout2232 ResolutionCharles lbury, Mayor RESOLUTION NO. 2232 A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider vacation of Indiana Street between 18th Avenue and Lewis Street WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain alley and street rights-of-way within the City of Pasco, and WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where it serves the general interest of the city, the City Council may vacate nghts-of-way, and WHEREAS, R C W 35 79 requires public hearings on said petition to be fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That a public hearing to consider the vacation of Indiana Street between the east right-of-way line of 18th Avenue and the south right-of-way line of Lewis Street, will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7 30 p m, on the 4th day of March, 1996 That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by law SSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 5th day of February, 1996 Catherine Seaman, Deputy City Clerk Greg A Rubstello, City Attorney
