RESOLUTION NO. 2208
A RESOLUTION accepting work by Chervenell Construction Co for the
construction of a minor league baseball stadium
WHEREAS, the work performed by Chervenell Construction Co has been
examined by Rust Environment and Infrastructure (RUST) RUST has found
that the work required by the contract has been performed in apparent
compliance with the application project specifications and drawings, and
WHEREAS, it is RUST's recommendation that the City of Pasco formally
accept the contractor's work and release the retainage held, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1 That the City Council concurs with RUST's recommendation and hereby
accepts the work being completed in conformance with the project specifications
and drawings
2 That the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Washington State
Department of Revenue of this acceptance, and
3 That all retainage being withheld pursuant to applicable laws,
regulations and administrative determination shall be released upon satisfaction
of same and verification thereof by the Director of Parks & Recreation and the
Director of Finance _.- Passed by the City Council of the City of Pasco, at a regular meeting this
day of September, 1995

Final Completion

Dear Dick
The purpose of this letter is to advise that Chervenell Construction has completed the contract
work on the above referenced project, including punch list items, and required final project
closeout paperwork Final occupancy inspections have been completed by local and state building
inspection officials
We hereby recommend that the City of Pasco accept the above referenced project and make final
payment including the release of all retainage As a reminder, the release of retainage Is
dependent upon the Contractor satisfying the requirements for the State of Washington with
respect to the release of retainage Attached is a copy of the Contractor's Final Payment
Application No 7 for your action
