A RESOLUTION accepting an easement for the constructing, operating and maintianing the Road 100 to Road 36 Sanitary Sewer and other utilities. WHEREAS, the City of Pasco is desirous of constructing , operating, and maintaining a sanitary sewer between Road 100 and Road 36, and WHEREAS, a portion of the route of this sanitary sewer falls on real properties owned by others, and WHEREAS, the owners of such properties have granted to the City of Pasco an easement for sanitary sewer line and other utilities, now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That the City Council hereby accepts the easement as granted by Thomas Kidwell Jr., Farm 1986 Inc., and National Systems, Inc. for the Road 100 to Road 36 Sanitary Sewer and other Utilities, and, Be it further resolved that the City Clerk is hereby directed to record the easement document.
