HISTORY AND FACTS BRIEF: A Allen Gustots a property owner representing 100% of the abutting property, has submitted a petition requesting the north 10' of "B" Street abutting 832 south 10th Avenue be vacated The petition requires the City Council to fix a public hearing (by Resolution) to consider the vacation request B The earliest regular City Council meeting available for a public hearing (which provides the statutory 20-day hearing notice), is June 6, 1994 V.
