A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public heanng to consider vacation
of certain alley and street rights-of-way within the city
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain alley and street rights-of-way within the City of
Pasco, and
WHEREAS, R C W 35 79 requires public hearings on said petition to be
fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the north/south alley in Block 114
and Chicago Street from the east right-of-way line of Main Avenue to the west right-of-way
line of Oregon Avenue, all located in Pasco Land Company's 1st Addition will be held
before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8 00 p m, on the
18th day of April, 1994 That the City clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said public
hearing as required by law
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 21st day of March, 1994

1994 as the time and place for a public hearing to consider the proposed
vacation

A George Dress, owner of Ranch & Home has submitted a petition representing
100% of the abutting property owners requesting the north/south alley in Block 114
and Chicago Street between Oregon Avenue and Main Avenue all located in Pasco
Land Company's 1st Addition be vacated The petition requires the City Council to
fix a public hearing (by Resolution) to consider the vacation request
B The earliest regular City Council meeting date available for a public hearing
(which provides a statutory 20- day hearing notice), is April 18, 1994
